Who we are

Aurellara Beauty ("Aurellara") is operated by AURELLARA LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: aurellaraofficial@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (stored only in securely hashed form by our sign-in provider).
• Business information you choose to enter: such as your name, business name, profession, services, business stage, booking methods, service area, pricing status, priorities, challenges, brand voice, policies, goals, and any income or revenue figures you choose to share.
• Content you create: saved work and drafts, completed steps, progress, goals, history and follow-ups.
• Ask Aurellara: the messages you send and the AI-generated replies, which are saved to your account as chat history.
• Voice input: if you use tap-to-talk, your short recording is sent for transcription and is not stored. Only the resulting text, which you can edit before sending, is kept.
• Purchase records: Paddle handles checkout and payment details. We never receive or store your full card information. We keep a Paddle transaction reference, your access status and related dates.
• Technical information: sign-in session tokens and basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the service.

How we use it and why

• To create your account, provide Aurellara, personalize your recommendations, and save your work across devices. We do this to perform our contract with you.
• To generate Ask Aurellara replies, written drafts and voice transcriptions. This is also part of performing our contract with you.
• To confirm purchases and manage access, and to keep records required by law. We do this to perform our contract and meet legal obligations.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud and fix problems. This is based on our legitimate interests.
• To answer your support requests. This is based on our contract with you and our legitimate interests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

To generate replies and drafts, your message and the business details saved in your account are sent to AI model providers through our platform provider's AI service. Recordings for voice input are processed the same way to produce text. AI output may be inaccurate, so please review it before use.

Who we share it with

• Lovable, our platform provider, for hosting, database, sign-in and its AI service. Through that service, information is processed by the AI model providers it uses.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of Aurellara, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, receipts and refunds. Paddle's handling of your data is described in its own privacy notice.
• Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers, when needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only essential storage. This includes sign-in session tokens that keep you signed in, and a copy of your saved Aurellara information in your browser's local storage so the app loads quickly. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies when you buy. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings; you will need to sign in again afterwards.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Access controls ensure each customer can read and change only their own account data. Payment notices are verified before they affect access. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and business information while your account is active and as needed to provide Aurellara.

After a full refund: when Paddle confirms an approved full refund, your Aurellara account and saved business content are removed automatically. You don't need to make a separate request.

On request: you can also ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing aurellaraofficial@gmail.com. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

In either case, we keep limited records where they are legally required or needed for accounting, disputes, security, fraud prevention or compliance. These include the transaction reference, access history and refund record. Paddle handles payment information separately, under its own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access your personal information
• correct it
• delete it
• receive a copy of it (portability)
• restrict or object to its processing
• withdraw consent
• complain to a data protection authority

U.S. state privacy laws may give you similar rights. To make a request, email aurellaraofficial@gmail.com. We respond within one month, or sooner where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

Aurellara is for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
